What you will do

• Own the mechanics and accuracy of the company’s three-statement financial model with a focus on expenses.
• Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to executive leadership.
• Support the transition of financial models from Excel to dedicated FP&A software platforms.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
• Partner with business operations to automate analyses and forecasts using BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling.
• Strong quantitative skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work 100% remotely within the US.
• High sense of urgency and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
