What you will do

• Build and evolve foundational programs including onboarding, performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on team effectiveness, organizational design, and employee relations.
• Create lightweight, efficient systems that improve consistency without sacrificing speed.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, communication, and overall team health.
• Manage HR fundamentals including policies, documentation, compliance, and the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning and evolving organizational structure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building People programs in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to translate business goals into practical strategies.
• Sound judgment in navigating sensitive employee situations with a balance of empathy and accountability.
• Builder's mindset with a preference for creating systems from scratch.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress with incomplete information.
• Practical approach focused on outcomes rather than process for process's sake.
