TL;DR

People Business Partner (GTM): Supporting the Go-to-Market organization through leadership coaching and organizational design with an accent on scaling high-performing teams and operational excellence. Focus on driving talent programs, navigating complex employee relations, and leveraging AI to modernize People workflows.

Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA (In-office requirement: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Salary: $171,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Coach leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Manage performance cycles, calibration discussions, promotions, and employee relations matters.
  • Build scalable People frameworks and operating mechanisms to improve business consistency.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, and People Ops to deliver a cohesive employee experience.
  • Leverage AI and automation to optimize People workflows and reduce manual operational effort.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR, HRBP, or People Partner experience in high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience supporting GTM organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in performance management, calibrations, and organizational design.
  • Strong employee relations judgment and exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office on the required hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hypergrowth technology companies.
  • Exposure to compensation planning and leveling frameworks.
  • Experience managing global People programs (Canada, LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
