What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach and prospecting to the final offer call.
• Manage diverse searches across technical roles, designers, editors, content creators, and G&A functions.
• Proactively build and nurture candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover candidate motivations and alignment.
• Lead candidate debriefs with hiring teams, synthesizing feedback to drive faster decision-making.
• Maintain high hiring bars by pushing back on unfit candidates and restarting searches when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven ability to pitch roles, handle objections, and close candidates.
• Practical experience using AI to scrape communities, prep pitches, and automate sourcing workflows.
• Ability to find talent through unconventional channels such as forums and niche networks.
• Strong interviewing skills with a focus on active listening and real-time pitch adjustment.
