What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, procedures, and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting activities.
  • Perform bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Manage client communications, meeting schedules, and firm events.
  • Assist firm leadership with special projects and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Office Manager.
  • Experience in professional services (accounting, CPA, legal, or financial services).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and human resources processes.
  • Must be based in Tucson, Arizona for a full-time onsite role (Monday through Friday).
