What you will do

• Deliver targeted change and communication plans to drive the adoption of new testing practices.
• Create engaging enablement content, including guides, videos, and infographics.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible messaging for stakeholders.
• Support training, establish feedback loops, and track adoption metrics.
• Engage and align stakeholders across various teams and leadership levels.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Change Management, preferably using Prosci or ADKAR methodologies.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Experience working within large-scale, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and modern testing practices (e.g., automation, BDD, TDD).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
