What you will do

• Develop and configure a harmonised document management governance system.
• Define and maintain standards for metadata, localisation, version control, and archiving.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system integration and data integrity.
• Train and support users on document management best practices.
• Monitor compliance with policies and design optimized workflows.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives related to document handling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO).
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to design structured document control procedures from scratch.
