What you will do

  • Plan and execute in-office and offsite events, managing all end-to-end logistics from catering to venue setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Menlo Park office to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities requests.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the President of Software, including calendar, meeting, and travel coordination.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the Menlo Park office for work; this role is not remote.
  • Corporate experience in event coordination, office management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Background working in a fast-paced technology environment.
