What you will do
- Plan and execute in-office and offsite events, managing all end-to-end logistics from catering to venue setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Menlo Park office to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities requests.
- Provide direct administrative support to the President of Software, including calendar, meeting, and travel coordination.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to the Menlo Park office for work; this role is not remote.
- Corporate experience in event coordination, office management, or administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Background working in a fast-paced technology environment.
