What you will do

• Own the stability, availability, and performance of the organisation’s digital application estate.
• Monitor web, application, API, CRM, and ERP environments across an Azure-based technology stack.
• Use Dynatrace as the primary observability platform for proactive application monitoring.
• Lead operational governance, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Work with multiple senior stakeholders to maintain reliable critical systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application monitoring.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, ManageEngine, New Relic, or equivalent.
• Exposure to the Azure stack.
• Experience owning root cause analysis and the incident management process.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
