Legal Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: San Mateo, United States; hybrid

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Evaluate and manage legal technology vendors and service providers.
• Lead the implementation and administration of the contract lifecycle management system.
• Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to improve reporting, visibility, and deal insight.
• Build renewal and contract obligation tracking workflows.
• Develop processes, metrics, and infrastructure for a scaling legal function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management, discovery management, legal billing, and related legal systems.
• Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with finance and revenue operations.
• Systems-thinking approach, bias to action, and comfort building infrastructure from scratch.
• AI-forward mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
