Salary: $70,000 - $83,000 per year plus commission.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ sales agents to achieve high performance and conversion targets.
- Provide live coaching, call shadowing, and immediate feedback to maintain quality standards.
- Manage operational metrics including phone service levels, call quality, and outbound contact volume.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify coaching opportunities and improve team output.
- Ensure strict adherence to CMS regulations and compliance protocols across all sales activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to work 11 am-8 pm EST or 2 pm-11 pm EST.
- 1–2 years of experience in supervising or managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles with a focus on hitting KPIs.
- Ability to obtain a state health insurance license prior to the start date.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong commitment to compliance and regulatory adherence.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Healthcare or Medicare sales.
- Experience building formal performance management and corrective action plans.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted agent tools and LLMs for compliant use.
