hirify.global is a Series B startup providing a platform for MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to optimize patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing engagement.

What you will do

  • Own and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships.
  • Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns.
  • Identify, onboard, and grow new channel partners aligned with company growth goals.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Create scalable partnership processes, reporting systems, and operating cadences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Healthcare or digital health experience.
