What you will do
- Define target accounts, buyer personas, and sales motions to build the Health System segment from scratch.
- Own new logo acquisition across strategic health systems, academic medical centers, and IDNs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and executive networking to negotiation and closing.
- Engage senior executives in strategy, operations, and digital innovation to align solutions with their business goals.
- Serve as the internal voice of the market by sharing buyer feedback and product needs with leadership and product teams.
- Develop sales collateral, discovery frameworks, and repeatable playbooks for the new segment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven success in new logo acquisition within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and executive engagement.
- Strong understanding of the Health System landscape or a clear ability to rapidly learn the market.
- Track record of closing complex sales cycles, ideally in the $250K–$1M+ ARR range.
- Ability to operate independently with limited support in a fast-moving environment.
