What you will do

  • Perform the full-cycle sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification to closing and hand-off.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational calls for potential healthcare customers.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to track activities and manage account information.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Experiment with sales funnel optimizations to improve the overall conversion process.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch and close large accounts.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
