What you will do

• Manage assigned commercial loan relationships, providing high-level customer support and managing exception lists.
• Coordinate the credit underwriting process and prepare credit approval packages, term sheets, and commitment letters.
• Monitor loan agreement covenants and borrowing base compliance, reporting any exceptions.
• Perform annual reviews on selected borrowers and guarantors to ensure credit quality.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to recommend risk ratings and review equipment/real estate appraisals.
• Identify business development opportunities and refer prospects to appropriate bank personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in credit analysis and/or lending.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to banking and lending practices.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and terminology.
