What you will do

• Execute enterprise risk management programs, including Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and issue management.
• Support third-party risk management (TPRM) through vendor assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain risk governance frameworks and policies in alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Provide guidance and robust challenge to stakeholders regarding risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor third-party performance indicators and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk perspectives into business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in enterprise risk management within the financial services industry.
• Foundational understanding of ERM frameworks, risk taxonomies, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing controls in an enterprise environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work with data and learn new GRC systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
