Director, Credit Risk Review

Location: New York; required presence in NYC Midtown 3 days per week under a hybrid work model

Salary: $216,000–$273,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Execute credible challenges to credit risk management practices across the first and second lines of defense.
• Conduct risk assessments, continuous monitorhirify.global, portfolio reviews, and target examinations of individual obligors.
• Evaluate credit risk profiles, regulatory compliance, and accurate U.S. bank regulatory risk rathirify.globals.
• Serve as Reviewer-in-Charge, reviewhirify.global team outputs and evaluathirify.global credit exposures and portfolios.
• Lead issue validation reviews and act as a senior escalation point for complex or contentious reviews.
• Help evolve credit risk policies, frameworks, methodologies, and special projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 12+ years of wholesale credit risk management experience.
• Extensive experience assignhirify.global U.S. bank regulatory risk rathirify.globals.
• Sector experience in Energy & Power, includhirify.global upstream, midstream, downstream, renewables, or utilities.
• Experience challenghirify.global decision makers, presenthirify.global complex ideas, and collaborathirify.global on continuous improvement.
• Additional experience in one or more areas such as asset-based lendhirify.global, asset securitizations, commercial real estate, funds finance, leveraged lendhirify.global, minhirify.global, or project finance.

Nice to have

• Bank regulator or examiner experience.
• Credit Risk Review team membership experience.
• Graduate degree or Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation.
