What you will do

• Manage the loan process from start to finish, acting as a liaison between internal and external clients.
• Analyze complex income documentation and tax returns to determine qualifying calculations.
• Support Loan Officers and Processors with lending guidelines and eligibility answers.
• Review and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Pre-underwrite loan files including paystubs, credit reports, and bank statements.
• Train sales and processing staff on operational guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage/consumer regulations.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Prior underwriting experience.
