What you will do

• Lead top-down investment execution and implement strategies efficiently across various investment vehicles.
• Define and lead an efficient process to assist clients with account setup and transfers.
• Manage daily reconciliation of portfolio holdings, transactions, and cash balances.
• Oversee tax harvesting, opportunistic rebalancing, and cash generation/distribution needs.
• Generate and distribute regular client performance reports and synthesize market news for the planning team.
• Lead and develop a team of operations specialists and act as the primary liaison with custodians.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment operations or private wealth management.
• CFP, CFA, Series 65, or Series 66 designation.
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related major.
• Strong investment acumen and a passion for the markets.
• Experience using financial services technologies.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City or McLean, VA; work is Monday-Friday in office.
