TL;DR

CFP® Relationship Manager (Fintech): Supporting customers with comprehensive financial planning, advice, and education within the Concierge team with an accent on structured financial guidance and cross-functional coordination. Focus on delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice and deepening client engagement through personalized planning and asset consolidation.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $116,000 – $175,000 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do

  • Guide customers through structured financial planning processes, including data review, goal setting, and plan interpretation.
  • Support the Concierge suite of services, covering tax, estate planning, and account-related needs.
  • Provide compliant financial education and advice while maintaining firm and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct ongoing plan reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer financial understanding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Foster customer engagement and asset consolidation through a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Requirements

  • CFP® certification required.
  • Current Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to acquire within 120 days).
  • Clean U5 record.
  • Experience in financial planning, banking, or wealth management.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients.
  • Aptitude for leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
