What you will do

• Own the operational process for producing and transmitting accurate claims bordereaux for carrier partners.
• Improve data standards and consistency to provide reliable insights for Finance, Actuarial, and leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for carrier partner inquiries and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee claims payment enablement, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Partner with technology teams to implement Gen-AI and advanced analytics to improve productivity.
• Maintain operational controls and documentation to support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in insurance claims operations in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts and claims reporting processes.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional product or process initiatives.
