What you will do
- Own and manage the renewal process for a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Engage customers 120 days prior to renewal to discuss contract terms and value realization.
- Prepare and present renewal quotes and contracts using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Sales Engineers to resolve technical or account requirements.
- Identify at-risk renewals and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
- Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, renewals, or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset to interpret customer health data and usage metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

- Familiarity with renewal tools like Clari.
