What you will do

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target potential enterprise customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using Salesforce for maximum efficiency.
  • Utilize storytelling and a creative lens to guide customers through personalized solutions.
  • Act as a product expert, providing market feedback to inform the product roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build lasting partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Success).
  • Simplify complex business situations into digestible stories using hirify.global's worksuite.

Requirements

  • Experience working with medium-sized to large corporations within a technology company.
  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle and new logo attainment.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and address intricate business challenges.
  • Strong presentation skills for face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading successful and complex negotiations.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
