What you will do
- Act as a technical trusted advisor for organizations across the South East Asia (SEA) region.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and align solutions to customer challenges.
- Support direct and partner sales teams with technical expertise and enablement.
- Assist prospects with setup, configuration, and technical Q&A during free trials.
- Develop and provide evaluation frameworks for prospects during the POC process.
- Identify common technical issues and themes to inform product development and automation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical Sales Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies and Active Directory environments.
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS, SCIM, and JIT).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both IT leaders and technical evaluators.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MDM, RMM, or similar endpoint solutions.
- Knowledge of MFA technologies such as TOTP and WebAuthn.
- Experience with both direct and channel/partner sales cycles.
