What you will do
- Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and shared success.
- Travel as required to represent the company and strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Mandatory proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin to support the APAC region.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing full sales cycles.
- Deep domain knowledge in solution selling, specifically ITSM, IT infrastructure, or EX platforms.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Singapore and manage the APAC region.
