What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and shared success.
  • Travel as required to represent the company and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin to support the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing full sales cycles.
  • Deep domain knowledge in solution selling, specifically ITSM, IT infrastructure, or EX platforms.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite in Singapore and manage the APAC region.
