What you will do
- Build and manage a centralized demand plan across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Partner organizations.
- Own operational cadences including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze business performance to uncover root causes and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Design and operationalize global and regional sales plays to drive revenue outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to align pipeline coverage, capacity, and targets.
- Act as a business partner to senior leadership to influence territory strategy and coverage models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
- Proven history of partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, and Partner organizations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience running operational cadences such as forecasts, pipeline reviews, and planning cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Singapore as per the remote location requirement.
Nice to have
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
- Experience supporting global field sales organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics ecosystems like Salesforce and Tableau.
