What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
• Own the end-to-end sales process for new and existing customers within government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement.
• Perform account mapping to identify key stakeholders, budget holders, and decision-makers.
• Secure discovery meetings and nurture client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to influence product strategy and the roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2G SaaS or technology sales experience, specifically within the Nordic public sector or regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of Nordic government workflows and public procurement processes.
• Existing executive-level network across Nordic government agencies.
• Familiarity with AML, CTF, KYC, and sanctions frameworks, including MiCA and EU AML packages.
• Must be based in the UK, Denmark, Finland, Norway, or Sweden.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate prospecting and market research.
