hirify.global is a fast-growing product company providing a cloud-based cybersecurity training platform that combines IT security expertise with behavioral psychology.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales journey from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Establish and grow the company's presence in the Danish market.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT, Security, and HR decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable working in English.
  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Confidence in owning the full sales cycle.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Structured approach to CRM management and sales forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or security awareness training.
  • Existing network among Danish IT and cybersecurity decision-makers.
  • Additional Scandinavian language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
