TL;DR

Account Executive Director (AI/Identity Fraud): Leading enterprise sales for the Workforce product to drive growth in the digital trust space with an accent on consultative, value-based selling of complex technical solutions. Focus on expanding greenfield territories, navigating C-level stakeholder processes, and aligning AI-powered identity verification with customer risk management needs.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the US (Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington DC)

Salary: $170,000 – $185,000 + Equity & Commission

hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, focusing on real-time identity verification and fraud prevention.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for the AI-powered Workforce product across greenfield and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies to maximize account value and product adoption.
  • Build a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and executive-level engagement.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to align technical fraud and identity solutions with client needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and market feedback to inform GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Proven expertise selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or risk management solutions.
  • Experience with workforce management, HRIS, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) verticals.
  • Ability to drive value-based conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel sales or partnership models.
  • Strong existing network within relevant vertical markets.
