What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for new and existing Public Sector customers in the DACH region.
  • Perform account mapping and prospecting to identify and connect with key stakeholders.
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans to increase the company's foothold in the region.
  • Nurture client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to champion product improvements within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products into Public Sector accounts in the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation and storytelling skills to establish credibility with senior executives.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and adapt quickly to changing goals in a high-velocity environment.
  • AI fluency is a baseline expectation and will be evaluated during the interview process.
  • Must be based in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland.
