What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers throughout the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Build strategic account plans and manage the commercial cycle independently or in collaboration with AEs.
- Conduct high-impact presentations, including QBRs, kickoff calls, and product demos.
- Analyze usage and engagement data to mitigate churn risk and identify expansion potential.
- Negotiate contract terms and renewals to ensure >100% net account retention.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Customer Success and Enterprise Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas (top 10% performer).
- Experience with SaaS solutions and complex B2B sales methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and work with data flow diagrams of payment schemes and architecture.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of AML/KYC and forensics in cryptocurrency or traditional finance.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions specifically to Financial Services.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and the crypto economy.
