What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and leadership to position hirify.global solutions effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technology sales, digital sales, or account management.
  • Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or AI solutions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
