What you will do

  • Own regional business targets for bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership, including Regional and District Sales Managers.
  • Implement data-driven practices and AI-powered insights to improve forecasting and pipeline quality.
  • Execute enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDPICC, value selling, and strategic account planning.
  • Establish and strengthen C-level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to refine go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with 5+ years leading other leaders (Directors/DSMs).
  • Proven track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS markets.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered technologies and analytics for sales optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in the US (West region focus).
