Senior Director, Regional Strategic & Named Accounts - East (Cybersecurity): Leading a high-performing regional sales organization to drive enterprise growth and new logo acquisition for cloud-first networking and security solutions with an accent on strategic account penetration and long-term value creation. Focus on scaling sales leadership, implementing AI-driven business planning, and executing complex enterprise deal strategies using MEDDPICC.

Location: Remote (USA, East Region) / Home Office in Atlanta, GA

Base salary: $200,000 – $225,000 plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

  • Own regional business responsibility for bookings, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership, including Regional and District Sales Managers.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value selling.
  • Establish and strengthen C-level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Integrate AI-driven insights into business planning, forecasting, and account prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 5+ years leading other leaders.
  • Proven track record in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS markets.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered technologies and analytics to improve pipeline quality.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in the US.
