What you will do

  • Own regional business for bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion specifically within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership, including Regional and District Sales Managers.
  • Execute regional growth strategies using AI-driven insights for forecasting and account prioritization.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value selling.
  • Establish and strengthen C-level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading other leaders.
  • Proven success in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS enterprise technology markets.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered technologies and analytics to improve sales execution and forecasting accuracy.
  • Strong expertise in strategic account planning and executive relationship development.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
