What you will do
- Own regional business for bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion specifically within the healthcare sector.
- Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership, including Regional and District Sales Managers.
- Execute regional growth strategies using AI-driven insights for forecasting and account prioritization.
- Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value selling.
- Establish and strengthen C-level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading other leaders.
- Proven success in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS enterprise technology markets.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered technologies and analytics to improve sales execution and forecasting accuracy.
- Strong expertise in strategic account planning and executive relationship development.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
