TL;DR

Senior Director, Regional Strategic & Named Accounts (Cybersecurity): Leading a high-performing sales organization to drive enterprise growth across the Central region with an accent on new logo acquisition and strategic account penetration. Location: Remote (USA), focus on Central region / Austin, TX

Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 base, plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

  • Own regional business responsibility for bookings, revenue growth, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership, including Regional and District Sales Managers.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling, and strategic account planning.
  • Establish and strengthen C-level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and data-driven insights into forecasting and account intelligence processes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 5+ years leading other leaders.
  • Proven success in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS enterprise markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed aggressive growth targets and scale high-performing organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States.
