What you will do

  • Drive enterprise sales revenue across a defined set of named accounts and target organizations in Japan.
  • Land, expand, and nurture multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead customers through a structured, consultative sales process for complex decisions.
  • Collaborate with global teammates to share insights and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline tracking within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing 6-7 figure multi-year deals.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or application security (AppSec) solutions.
  • Background in DevSecOps or software development tools.
  • Familiarity with managing large enterprise accounts specifically in the Japanese market.
