TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (DevSecOps): Driving the adoption of a software supply chain platform across large Japanese enterprises with an accent on relationship management and revenue growth. Focus on expanding existing accounts, strategizing with C-level executives, and solving complex DevSecOps and AI/ML challenges.

Location: Tokyo, Japan (Travel to customer locations required)

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global’s platform to large Japanese enterprises across all vertical segments.
  • Grow and expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Develop DevOps and security strategies in collaboration with C-level executives and CISOs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work with support and consulting teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in field enterprise software and solutions sales.
  • Strong experience selling enterprise software specifically within the Japanese market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Solid understanding of the complete SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (DevOps and security) into business value.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Deep expertise in managing key SaaS KPIs.
