What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive net new business for data security solutions.
- Identify, engage, and influence decision-makers up to C-level within enterprise accounts.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers in the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with technical sales consultants and professional services to deliver tailored security solutions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quota-carrying IT enterprise sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, data protection, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling cryptographic security solutions (HSM, KMS, PKI).
- Proven track record in channel sales and partner development.
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment with remote APAC teams.
- Proficiency in English.
