What you will do

  • Build and manage a successful sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual quotas.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned enterprise portfolio.
  • Network and influence key decision-makers up to the C-level.
  • Articulate the company value proposition to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to lead virtual sales engagements and close opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed account development plans and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be based in Panama
  • Proven track record in selling high-technology products to enterprise-level clients (FTSE 250 or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a quota-driven enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of security technology and ability to create value propositions.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller-Hieman, or TAS.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the IT security industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
