What you will do
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the public sector.
- Penetrate net-new government ministries and agencies while expanding presence within existing accounts.
- Partner with channel organizations to secure new market share.
- Collaborate with Sales and Systems Engineering teams to develop account strategies and deliver product demonstrations.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales targeting the Public Sector (Central and Local Government).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
