What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the public sector.
  • Penetrate net-new government ministries and agencies while expanding presence within existing accounts.
  • Partner with channel organizations to secure new market share.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Systems Engineering teams to develop account strategies and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales targeting the Public Sector (Central and Local Government).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
