What you will do
- Own post-sales relationships with key enterprise customers through continuous communication and business reviews.
- Define and track success metrics, KPIs, and adoption strategies to ensure measurable business value.
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes for AI-powered API solutions.
- Resolve urgent technical support tickets and maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and feature roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify expansion opportunities and build internal playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing enterprise accounts.
- Professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or professional services within a SaaS company.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand APIs, data workflows, and integrations.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships and driving renewals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
