• Deliver high-impact onboarding for SMB and mid-market customers to ensure quick value realization.
• Drive product adoption at scale using data to engage customers and unlock key features.
• Manage account health by tracking usage and balancing engagement approaches.
• Support users by resolving issues and coordinating with technical teams.
• Design and refine scalable customer success processes for thousands of users.
• Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market messaging.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days per week in San Francisco office
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Sales, or RevOps.
• Strong communication skills to guide customers through AI adoption in recruiting.
• Energetic, systematic, resilient, and motivated to drive customer success.
• Ability to experiment and iterate without fear of failure.
