Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA. Role is 100% on-site (Monday-Friday).

What you will do

• Shadow Senior and Lead Planners to gain deep expertise in financial planning, investments, and tax strategy.
• Manage the Planning Team inbox, triaging member questions and resolving straightforward requests.
• Guide new members through the onboarding process and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Conduct initial investment plan reviews to support the broader planning team.
• Perform outreach to inactive members to re-engage and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday.
• Working toward or holding a CFP designation.
• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or client services.
• Strong organizational skills and professional written communication.
• Comfort with financial services technology and an appetite to learn new tools.
