What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop and present customized financial plans and wealth management strategies.
• Convert leads into wealth management clients through effective sales pipeline management.
• Support business development efforts including events, campaigns, and prospect meetings.
• Document all client interactions and lead generation activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial advisory experience required.
• Must possess a valid relevant securities license or be able to obtain one within 100 days of hire.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
