What you will do

• Serve as a key executive voice to investors, board members, and partners, representing the company's financial narrative.
• Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Drive fundraising strategy, investor relations, and capital allocation decisions.
• Build and scale the finance, accounting, and operations functions.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders to inform pricing and unit economics.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software.
• Prior experience as CFO or VP Finance at a venture-backed company.
• Proven track record of leading fundraising rounds (Series B and beyond) or IPOs.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
• Operator mindset capable of balancing granular details with big-picture strategy.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
