Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 base + competitive commission

What you will do
- Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts and new customer acquisition across the Navy ecosystem.
- Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning to secure new business.
- Engage with government stakeholders and partners to shape opportunities ahead of solicitation.
- Translate technical capabilities, such as cATO acceleration and edge deployments, into persuasive win themes.
- Support RFI/RFP responses through market intelligence, SWOT analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Represent the company at industry and government events to increase visibility and gather intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven ability to win complex technical pursuits through the full capture lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Navy acquisition processes, including FAR-based contracts, OTAs, SBIR, and IDIQ.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful proposals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel 20%-30%.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software factory environments, DevSecOps, or tactical edge deployments.
- Deep Cyber operational experience.
