What you will do

• Manage daily banking center operations and assume leadership responsibilities in the manager's absence.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, operational processes, and quality controls.
• Mentor and train new retail bankers while overseeing staff performance and development.
• Collaborate on sales meetings and promote service activities to meet performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and perform operational tasks such as opening accounts or managing cash drawers.
• Supervise retail staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of retail banking experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong understanding of bank security, compliance, and operational policies.
