What you will do

• Develop and oversee the Bank’s compliance risk assessment and testing programs.
• Perform targeted testing for consumer compliance and banking requirements.
• Identify control deficiencies and evaluate risk implications for operational areas.
• Validate control weaknesses and ensure they are tracked and prioritized.
• Communicate compliance methodology and results to management, clients, and regulators.
• Coordinate with Bank and Corporate Compliance teams to analyze industry news and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, banking, risk management, or governance.
• Direct involvement with regulatory examinations (CFPB, FDIC, OCC, etc.) is required.
• Thorough knowledge of UDAAP, Truth in Lending Act, ECOA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to executive-level management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-workload environment.
