What you will do

• Implement, design, and provide training for banking software applications including Loan, General Ledger, and Deposit Operations.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and deliver functional training.
• Analyze existing customer business processes and map them to software solutions.
• Guide clients through the full installation lifecycle, from pre-installation planning to post-installation support.
• Perform system setup tasks such as parameter configuration and job file creation.
• Travel to customer sites (50–60% of the time) for implementation, training, and conversion activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a financial institution (deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations).
• Must reside within 70 miles of specified office locations.
• Ability to travel 50–60% of the time (1–2 trips per month, 5–9 days per trip).
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (must be authorized to work in the US without support).
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous bank data conversion experience.
• Experience with Silverlake or 20/20 software.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
